I'm currently making a mod for Crusader Kings II. It's not a real total conversion (I've heard that a whole team has tried / is trying to do that, and they've been at it for years already... so that'd be too much for me); just adding new alicorn-worshipping religions to the Charlemagne starting date, and all the stuff that goes with having new religions (holidays, special events, etc).
Also, an artifact system for creating and finding (and losing) magic weapons.
